Hoi-sin Pork with Spring Onions
Stir-fried pork in a rich stir-fry sauce inspired by the restaurant dish Peking Duck

Shopping list
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 stick celery - cut into matchstick strips
1 Tbsp fresh coriander - chopped to garnish
350g pork fillet - thinly sliced
2 spring onions - sliced
1 jar Sharwood's Hoi Sin & Spring Onion
Cooking Method
Heat the oil in a pan.
Add the pork and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Stir in the sauce and heat through.
Serve immediately garnished with chopped coriander.
