350g turkey breast - sliced100g green beans - halved1 jar Sharwood's Balti2 Tbsp coriander - chopped to garnish
Stir-fry turkey in the spice for three minutes. Add beans. Simmer gently for fifteen minutes. Add chopped coriander, heat through and serve. Serve with rice and Sharwood's Green Label Mango Chutney.
