Lemon Chicken
Stir-fry chicken in a fresh sweet and zesty sauce bursting with the flavour of lemons with a touch of sesame seeds

Shopping list
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 chicken breasts - sliced
100g mangetout - halved lengthways
100g babycorn - halved
1 jar Sharwood's Lemon & Sesame
1 Tbsp fresh coriander - chopped to garnish
Cooking Method
Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan.
Add the chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add the vegetables and stir-fry for a further 3 minutes.
Stir in the sauce and heat through.
Serve immediately garnished with chopped coriander.
