350g good quality lamb - trimmed and cubed
1 Tbsp coriander - roughly chopped
1 jar Sharwood's Bundh Achari
Cooking Method
Preheat the oven to fan 160ºC / conventional 180°C / gas 4.
Place the lamb in a small, deep casserole dish, pour over the sauce, stir well to coat the meat.
Bake covered for 1½ hours or until the lamb is tender.
Serve immediately garnished with coriander.
