1 x 410g can chick peas - drained
1 Large green pepper - finely sliced
1 jar Sharwood's Balti
1x230g can chopped tomato wedges to garnish
1 Tbsp coriander - chopped to garnish
Cooking Method
Stir-fry the chick peas and green pepper in the spice blend for two minutes. Add tomatoes and coriander, cover and simmer for five minutes. Serve as a main course with rice, or warm naan bread.
