Lamb Mince Bhuna Wraps
Traditionally bhuna is a slow stir-fry method of cooking and appears in many restaurants as a mild dry curry. This delicious mild recipe served in a wrap will be a hit with the whole family.

250g new potatoes - cut into bite size chunks
1Tbsp vegetable oil
450g lamb mince
1 jar Sharwood's Bhuna
6 large wraps
1 jar Sharwood's Bhuna
1 Tbsp fresh chopped coriander
Cooking Method
Boil the potatoes until just cooked.
Heat the oil in a wok, or deep-sided frying pan, add the mince and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until almost cooked, drain off the excess oil.
Add the sauce and the potatoes, cook until heated through.
Reheat the wraps as directed on the back of pack.
Stir the coriander into the mince mixture and use to stuff the warmed wraps.
