1 jar Sharwood's Kerala Spice Blend
1 x 50g sachet Sharwood's Creamed Coconut
350g (12oz) cod fillets - cut into thick strips
Cooking Method
Place spice blend and coconut block in a pan. Add fish. Simmer gently with the lid off for 5-10 minutes or until the fish is cooked. Serve with rice.
