Mozzarella Wraps with Bengal Spice Chutney

1 x 125g pack mozzarella
6 slices Parma ham
1 small pack salad leaves
2 Tbsp French salad dressing
2-3 Tbsp Sharwood's Bengal Spice Mango Chutney
Cooking Method
Preheat the grill. Drain the mozzarella, dry on kitchen paper, cut into 6 thick slices. Wrap each piece of mozzarella in Parma ham. Place the wraps under the grill for 3-5 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, the cheese should just begin to soften. Arrange salad leaves on a serving plate, drizzle with dressing and arrange wraps on top of the salad. Serve immediately with generous spoonfuls of chutney.
