    2 to 3 tomatoes - cut into wedges
    1 jar Sharwood's Kerala Spice Blend
    350g (12oz) tiger prawns - peeled and cooked

    Cooking Method

    Stir-fry the tomatoes in the spice blend for 1-2 minutes. Add the prawns and cook for 3-5 minutes or until the prawns have heated through. Try serving with rice or delicious served with Sharwood's Naan Bread.
