Chinese Meatballs in Hoi Sin and Plum Sauce

450g pork mince
null Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp Sharwood's Light Soy Sauce
1 clove garlic - finely chopped
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 x 415g jar Sharwood's Hoi-Sin & Plum
Cooking Method
Combine the pork with salt, pepper, soy sauce and garlic.
Form into 18 walnut size balls, leave to rest in the fridge for ½ hour.
Fry the balls over a low heat until cooked through, drain well and keep warm.
Heat through the sauce, pour over the meatballs and serve immediately.
