    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    2 chicken breasts - sliced
    1 spring onion - sliced to garnish
    1 jar Sharwood's Hoi-Sin & Plum

    Cooking Method

    Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan, stir-fry chicken for 3 minutes or until cooked.
    Stir in the sauce, heat through and serve.
    Serve immediately garnished with spring onion.
