Lamb Dopiaza
Lamb is cooked slowly in a sweet rich onion based sauce with roasted spices and kalongi seeds. Complete the meal by serving with Sharwood's Puppodums and Green Label Mango Chutney.

450g lamb fillet - cubed
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 jar Sharwood's Dopiaza
1 Tbsp fresh coriander - chopped to garnish
Cooking Method
Preheat the oven to fan 160ºC, conventional 180ºC, Gas Mark 4
Fry the lamb in the oil until just beginning to brown.
Place in an ovenproof dish, pour over the sauce, cover and cook for 1¼-1½ hours, stirring occasionally during cooking.
Serve immediately garnished with chopped coriander.
