    Paneer Tikka Masala

    Paneer is a full fat soft cheese, traditionally used in Indian cooking. The delicious combination of creamy paneer and crisp peppers in a Tikka Masala sauce makes a quick, easy vegetarian meal.

    2 Tbsp vegetable oil
    225g (8oz) paneer - cut into bite sized pieces
    1 red peppers - thinly sliced
    1 jar Sharwood's Tikka Spice Blend
    1 carton (142ml) single cream
    1 Tbsp coriander - chopped to garnish

    Cooking Method

    Fry the paneer in the oil on a low heat until golden brown, remove and drain. Add the peppers and stir-fry until just beginning to soften. Add the spice blend, paneer and cream. Simmer for five minutes. Stir in chopped coriander and serve immediately. Delicious served with Sharwood's Naan Bread. Alternatively serve in wraps with mint or tomato relish or Sharwood's Mango Chutney.
