Indonesian Satay Stir-Fry
Pork and rice noodles stir-fried in a delicious sauce with roasted peanuts and coconut

1 portion Sharwood's Stir-Fry Rice Noodles
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
350g (12oz) pork fillet - sliced
1 red pepper - sliced
1 courgette - sliced
1 jar Sharwood's Indonesian Satay
1 Tbsp fresh coriander - chopped to garnish
Cooking Method
Cook, rinse and drain rice noodles as directed on back of pack.
Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan.
Add the pork and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add the pepper and courgette and continue stir-frying for 2 minutes.
Add the rice noodles stir-fry for 2 minutes, add the sauce, stir-fry for a further 3 minutes.
Serve garnished with chopped coriander.
