1 Tbsp vegetable oil
350g pork fillet - sliced
1 jar Sharwood's Black Bean & Red Pepper
Cooking Method
Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan.
Add the pork and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until just cooked.
Stir in the sauce, heat through and serve.
