Stir Fried Chicken in Blackbean and Red Pepper Sauce

1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 chicken breasts- cubed
1 red pepper - cubed
1 jar Sharwood's Black Bean & Red Pepper
Cooking Method
Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan.
Stir-fry the chicken for 2 minutes.
Add the pepper and continue stir-frying for a further 3 minutes.
Reduce the heat, add the sauce and simmer gently for 5 minutes, serve immediately.
