2 blocks Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles
1 Tbsp oil
1 jar Sharwood's Black Bean & Red Pepper
2 chicken breasts - sliced
finely sliced Spring onion to garnish
Cooking Method
Cook the noodles according to instructions, rinse in cold water and drain.
Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan, add chicken and stir-fry over a high heat for 3 minutes or until cooked.
Stir in the sauce and noodles stir-fry for 2 minutes
