Chicken cooked in a rich fragrant sauce with Lemongrass and lime leaf

Shopping list
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
3-4 chicken breasts - sliced
1 Tbsp fresh coriander - chopped to garnish
1 jar Sharwood's Thai Green Curry
Cooking Method
Heat the oil in a wok or saucepan.
Add the chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until cooked.
Stir in the sauce and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
Serve immediately garnished with coriander.
