    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    100g green beans - halved
    1 x 220g can water chestnuts - drained and sliced
    450g prawns
    1 Tbsp fresh coriander - chopped to garnish
    1 jar Sharwood's Thai Green Curry

    Cooking Method

    Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan.
    Add the beans and stir-fry for 2 minutes, stir in the sauce
    Add water chestnuts and prawns, stir-fry for a further 2-3 minutes
    Serve immediately sprinkled with coriander.
