Spicy Chicken Tikka
A spicy and less rich version of the classic Tikka Masala for those who like their curries with a bite.

2 or 3 chicken breasts - sliced
1 jar Sharwood's Tikka Spice Blend
1 x 200g carton yoghurt - full fat
2-3 red chilli - finely chopped
Cooking Method
Stir-fry the chicken in the spice blend for three minutes. Stir in the yoghurt and chillies, bring to the boil, simmer for fifteen minutes. Serve with rice or Sharwood's Naan Bread and Sharwood's Green Label Mango Chutney.
