2 blocks Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
350g pork fillet - sliced
1 x 415g jar Sharwood's Sweet Chilli & Red Pepper
null fresh coriander leaves to garnish
Cooking Method
Cook rinse and drain noodles as directed on back of pack.
Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan, stir-fry pork for 3 minutes or until cooked.
Stir in noodles and sauce, toss well, heat through and serve immediately, garnished with coriander.
