Vegetable Tikka Masala

1 Tbsp vegetable oil
350g (12oz) baby new potatoes - halved
1 large green pepper - finely sliced
1 jar Sharwood's Tikka Spice Blend
150ml (ΒΌ pint) water
142ml (5 fluid oz) single cream
1 Tbsp coriander - chopped to garnish
Cooking Method
Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan and stir-fry the potatoes for three minutes. Add the pepper and fry for two minutes. Add spice blend, water and cream. Simmer for fifteen to twenty minutes or until the potato is soft. Stir in coriander, heat through and serve.
