4 or 6 chicken wings
1/2 jar Sharwood's Hoi Sin Sauce
1Tbsp Sharwood's Sweet Chilli Sauce
Cooking Method
Preheat the oven to fan 160ºC, conventional 180ºC, Gas Mark 4. Place the chicken wings on a piece of foil large enough to wrap into a sealed package. Mix together the hoi-sin and chilli sauce, pour over the chicken wings. Wrap the foil to form a sealed package, place on a baking sheet and cook for 30 minutes. Open the foil, make sure the chicken wings are well coated with sauce, increase the oven heat to 200ºC (400ºF) Gas Mark 6 and continue cooking for 15 to 20 minutes or until the sauce has thickened and caramelised.
