1 Tbsp vegetable oil
3 or 4 chicken breasts- cubed
1 jar Sharwood's Balti
1 Tbsp fresh coriander - chopped to garnish
Cooking Method
Heat the oil in a pan, add the chicken and fry for 3 minutes. Stir in the sauce, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander.
