    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    350g (12oz) tiger prawns
    1 jar Sharwood's Sweet Chilli & Lemongrass
    Fresh coriander to garnish

    Cooking Method

    Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan. Add the prawns, stir-fry for 2 minutes or until cooked. Pour over the sauce, heat through and serve immediately, garnished with fresh coriander.
