Balti curries are quick stir-fry dishes from North India and Pakistan, they are traditionally cooked in a Balti pan or Karahi, which is similar to a wok. Lamb Balti is quick and easy to prepare.

2 Tbsp vegetable oil
450g lamb, suitable for stir-frying - cut into strips
1 jar Sharwood's Balti
2 tomatoes - quartered
1Tbsp fresh coriander - to garnish
Cooking Method
Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok, when hot add the lamb and stir-fry for 5 minutes until just cooked. Add the jar of sauce and tomatoes. Heat through and garnish with chopped coriander.
