Deep Fried Shredded Beef
Delicious deep-fried beef stir-fried with carrot and celery in Sweet Chilli and Lemongrass Sauce.

Shopping list
350g braising beef - sliced across the grain and cut into matchstick strips
3 Tbsp cornflour
1Tbsp Sharwood's Dark Soy Sauce
null Oil for deep-frying
1 carrot- cut into matchstick strips
2 sticks celery - cut into matchstick strips
1 jar Sharwood's Sweet Chilli & Lemongrass
1 Tbsp oil
Cooking Method
Toss the beef in the cornflour, stir in the soy sauce. Deep-fry the beef until cooked through and crispy, drain well. Stir-fry the carrot and celery in the oil for 1 minute add the beef and sauce, stir-fry until all the ingredients are heated through. Serve immediately.
