Prawns in a sweet and spicy sauce with babycorn and red peppers.

1Tbsp vegetable oil
350g tiger prawns
1 x 415g jar Sharwood's Sweet Chilli & Red Pepper
Coriander leaves for garnish
Cooking Method
Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan. Add the prawns, stir-fry for 2 minutes or until cooked. Pour over the sauce, heat through and serve immediately garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
