    Sizzling Pork with Noodles

    Pork and noodles in a sweet and spicy sauce with babycorn and red peppers.

    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    350 g pork fillet - sliced
    1 jar Sharwood's Sweet Chilli & Red Pepper
    1 Tbsp coriander - chopped to garnish
    2 blocks Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles

    Cooking Method

    Cook rinse and drain noodles as directed on back of pack. Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan, stir-fry pork for 3 minutes or until cooked. Stir in noodles and sauce, toss well, heat through and serve immediately, garnished with coriander.
