2 blocks Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 jar Sharwood's Black Bean & Red Pepper
350g rump steak - sliced
null spring onion - sliced to garnish
Cooking Method
Cook, rinse and drain noodles as directed on back of pack. Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan, stir fry beef for 3 minutes or until cooked. Stir in noodles and sauce, toss well, heat through and serve immediately, garnished with spring onion.
