1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 chicken breasts - sliced
100g babycorn - halved
1 green pepper - sliced
1 jar Sharwood's Sweet Chilli & Lemongrass
Cooking Method
Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan. Add the chicken, stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the babycorn and pepper, continue stir-frying for 3 minutes. Add the sauce, heat through and serve.
