1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 chicken breasts - sliced
110g (4oz) green beans - halved
1 small yellow pepper
1 jar Sharwood's Lemongrass and Ginger Stir-Fry Sauce
Cooking Method
Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan. Add the chicken, stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the green beans and pepper, continue stir-frying for 3 minutes. Add the sauce, heat through and serve.
