Oriental Style Pork
The inspiration for this lightly spiced peanut sauce comes from the Satay dipping sauces served throughout South East Asia.

1 Tbsp vegetable oil
350g pork - sliced
1 small red pepper - chopped
1 small courgette - sliced
1 jar Sharwood's Indonesian Satay
1 Tbsp coriander - chopped to garnish
Cooking Method
Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan, add the pork and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add pepper and courgette, continue stir-frying for 2 minutes. Add the sauce, heat through and serve garnished with coriander.
