1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 chicken breasts - sliced
75g mangetout
75g babycorn
1 jar Sharwood's Spicy Tomato Szechuan
Cooking Method
Heat the oil in a wok or deep sided frying pan, stir-fry the chicken for 3 minutes. Add the mangetout and babycorn, stir-fry for a further 3 minutes. Add the sauce, heat through and serve.
