Yellow Bean Noodles with Pork

2 Blocks Sharwood's Medium Egg Noodles
1Tbsp vegetable oil
1 small onion - chopped
225g pork mince
1 small courgette - diced
1 Small red pepper - diced
1 jar Sharwood's Yellow Bean
Cooking Method
Cook noodles according to back of pack instructions. Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan, stir-fry the onion in the oil until just soft, add pork and fry for 2 minutes, add pepper and courgettes and fry for a further 2 minutes or until meat is cooked. Add Sharwood’s Yellow Bean Sauce, mix well. Add noodles, heat through and serve immediately.
