Chicken and Mangetout in Oyster Sauce

1 Tbsp vegetable oil
225g chicken breast - sliced
225g mangetout
6 Tbsp Sharwood's Oyster Sauce
Cooking Method
Heat the oil in the wok or a deep-sided frying pan, add the chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add mangetout and continue frying for 2 minutes. Pour over the sauce, heat through and serve.
