    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    2 chicken breasts - thinly sliced
    1 cucumber - cut into batons
    Garnish sliced spring onion
    1 jar Sharwood's Hoi Sin & Spring Onion

    Cooking Method

    Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan, stir-fry chicken breasts for 4 minutes. Stir in the sauce and the cucumber batons. Heat through and serve, garnished with sliced spring onion.
