Pan Fried Cod in Jalfrezi Sauce
Jalfrezi is a lightly spiced and slow cooked with red and green peppers for a fresh fruity taste that is delicious poured over pan fried fish for a quick supper dish.

1 Tbsp oil
1 large courgette - cut into batons
350g cod fillets - thick
1 jar Sharwood's Jalfrezi
Cooking Method
Heat the oil in a large frying pan, stir-fry the courgettes for 5 mins until just beginning to soften, remove from the pan, keep warm.
Pan fry the fish for 3 mins on each side, until just cooked, place on a serving dish with the courgette, keep warm.
Gently heat through the sauce, pour over fish and serve immediately.
