    Paneer Tikka Masala

    225g Paneer cut into bite size piece

    2 Tbsp vegetable oil
    1 Small red pepper - diced
    1 Small green pepper - diced
    1 Tbsp Fresh coriander - chopped
    1 jar Sharwood's Tikka Masala

    Cooking Method

    Fry the paneer in the oil, on a low heat until golden brown, remove and drain.
    Add the peppers and stir-fry until just beginning to soften.
    Add the sauce and paneer, simmer for 5 minutes.
    Stir in chopped coriander and serve immediately.
