    Jhinga Tikka Masala

    A very quick and easy to prepare dish. Prawns go particularly well with Sharwood’s Tikka Masala Sauce, a sauce slow cooked with aromatic Tikka spices and enriched with fresh cream.

    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    1 large green pepper - cubed
    350g fresh tiger prawns - uncooked
    1 Tbsp fresh coriander - chopped to garnish
    1 jar Sharwood's Tikka Masala

    Cooking Method

    Heat the oil in a pan, add green pepper, stir-fry for 3 minutes, or until the pepper is just beginning to soften.
    Add the prawns, cook for 3 minutes or until the prawns change colour.
    Stir in the sauce, and gently heat through.
