Vegetable Jalfrezi Wraps
Jalfrezi is a lightly spiced sauce with red and green peppers and goes very well with vegetables, wraps make an interesting vegetarian dish, that will be a hit with all the family.

3 medium size potatoes - cut into 2.5cm (1”) cubes
175g green beans cut into 2.5 cm (1") lengths
1 jar Sharwood's Jalfrezi
4 Large wraps/tortillas
Cooking Method
Boil potatoes, after 15 mins, add the beans and continue cooking until beans and potatoes are just soft.
Drain, lightly break up the potatoes with a fork, add the sauce gently heat through.
Warm wraps as instructed on the pack.
Serve warms wraps, filled with hot vegetable curry.
