    Roasted Cod with Korma Sauce

    Sharwood’s Korma Sauce is well fried and very slow cooked with mild aromatic spices and enriched with cream and makes a delicious sauce to pour over fish.

    450g Thick cod loin,
    3-4 Plum tomatoes - halved
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 jar Sharwood's Korma

    Cooking Method

    Pre heat oven fan 180°C, conventional 200°C, Gas 6.
    Place cod in an ovenproof dish, arrange tomatoes on top of the fish, drizzle over the olive oil.
    Bake in hot oven for 10-15 mins, until just cooked.
    Empty Korma sauce into a pan and heat through.
    Transfer fish to a warmed serving plate.
    Pour over sauce.
