Chicken Korma with Mango
A mild creamy coconut cooking sauce, enhanced with the addition of fresh mango and freshly chopped coriander.

6 Small chicken thighs
1 jar Sharwood's Korma
1 small mango - cubed
1 Tbsp coriander - chopped to garnish
Cooking Method
Preheat oven to fan 160°C / conventional 180°C / gas 4.
Place chicken thighs in an ovenproof dish, cover with sauce.
Cover and cook for 1¼ hours. Add the mango and coriander, cook for a further 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked through.
