175g broccoli - broken into small florets
175g cauliflower - broken into small florets
1 onion - chopped
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 jar Sharwood's Balti
1 Tbsp coriander - chopped to garnish
Cooking Method
Plunge the broccoli and cauliflower into boiling water, bring to the boil for 3 mins, drain.
Fry the onion in the oil, until soft and just beginning to brown.
Add the drained vegetables and sauce, mix well and heat through.
Garnish with chopped coriander.
