Indian Style Mussels
The strong flavour of mussels compliments Indian spices well to create a quick, easy way to prepare a supper dish.

1 Kg (2ΒΌ) mussels
1 jar Sharwood's Malabar Sauce
2 Tbsp coriander - chopped to garnish
2 Tbsp single cream
Cooking Method
Wash mussels under running water. Scrape off any barnacles and dirt. Empty the contents of the sauce into a pan large enough to hold the mussels. Add the mussels. Cover with a well-fitting lid and cook for three to five minutes, shaking the pan occasionally until the mussels open. Add coriander and cream. Serve immediately. Try serving with Sharwood's naan bread, to soak up the delicious juices.
