Stir Fry Thai Beef with Red Chillies
Thai Red curry, a light fragrant sauce, with a hint of lemongrass and lime leaf, works well as a stir-fry sauce and creates an interesting dish with beef and green beans.

200g green beans - halved
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
350g Rump or sirloin beef - cut into thin strips
1 Tbsp fresh basil leaves - chopped to garnish
1 jar Sharwood's Thai Red Curry
Cooking Method
Plunge the beans in boiling salted water for 2 mins, drain.
Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan.
Add the beef and stir-fry for 5 mins until the beef is just cooked.
Reduce heat add the beans and sauce, continue cooking for 1-2 mins to heat through all the ingredients.
Garnish with fresh chopped basil leaves.
