    350g (12oz) lamb - trimmed and cubed
    1 jar Sharwood's Malabar Sauce
    1 Tbsp Mint - roughly chopped
    2 Tbsp single cream

    Cooking Method

    Place the lamb in a pan. Pour over the Malabar sauce. Cover and simmer for 3/4 to 1 hour, or until the lamb is tender. Stir in fresh mint and cream. Serve immediately. Delicious served with plain Basmati rice or Sharwood's Plain Naan bread.
