700g self-raising flour
425ml natural yoghurt
½ tsp dried yeast dissolved in 2 Tbsp warm water
Cooking Method
Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly (the amount of water may vary slightly depending on the consistency of the yoghurt). The dough should be soft, but not sticky. Knead well until smooth. Cover with a wet cloth and leave over night or until well risen. Divide into 12 equal pieces and roll out each piece into an oval shape just under 1/4 inch (5mm) thick. PLace on a greased baking sheet, brush with melted butter and grill each side for 2 minutes until lightly brown. Serve warm
