    Biriyani is a restaurant favourite, this is a quick easy to prepare version of the classic dish.

    175g (6oz) cauliflower - divided into small florets

    110g (4oz) green beans - halved
    1 Tbsp oil
    1 onion - thinly sliced
    110g (4oz) mushrooms - sliced
    1 jar Sharwood's Balti Spice Blend
    1 pouch Sharwood's Simply Basmati Rice
    1 Tbsp Fresh coriander leaves - chopped

    Cooking Method

    Plunge cauliflower into boiling water, cook for 4 mins, add the beans and continue cooking for another 2 min, drain. Slowly fry the onion in the oil until golden brown and crispy, remove from the pan, drain and leave to 'one side' for garnish. Add the mushrooms to the pan, stir fry for 2 mins. Stir in the spice belnd, add the cauliflower, green beans and rice. Stir fry for 2 mins or until all the ingredients are heated through. Garnish with the crispy sliced onion and fresh coriander leaves. Delicious served with Sharwood's Green Label Mango Chutney.
