    4 Tbsp vegetable oil
    450g dark green cabbage or spring greens
    ¼ tsp garlic - finely chopped
    ½ tsp sugar
    1 tsp Salt

    Cooking Method

    Stir fry the cabbage and garlic in the oil until the cabbage becomes transparent. This will take 2-3 minutes. Drain thoroughly on kitchen paper, toss in sugar and salt. Serve.
